Ever since she began as a real estate agent, her thirst for knowledge and desire to teach has fueled her motivation. Agent Naomi Morgan mentored Renée and she could see these qualities in her when they first met.

Taking this interest in her clients begins at the beginning. The beginning, according to Renée, is the client’s desire for change, moving to the new home is the consequence. Therefore, the first question that Renée asks a new client is, “what influences your change?” She says that sometimes they don’t know what it is that they are looking for, but listening and careful questioning are a springboard into what the client wants in the home’s character and what he or she is really like. Her sellers know she will represent them well, get them top dollar, and help them with all aspects of their move.
